Innovation Efficiency Evaluation in the Area of Marine Cadets Integration into International Professional Community

The author of the article describes an innovative approach to socialization of cadets and students of marine Universities in the international professional environment. The project suggested by the author is supposed to be a national one and applicable for all marine Universities of the country as well as international ones. The author of the article suggests a system of evaluation of efficiency of this project and has elaborated an authentic formula of innovation calculation.
